Commissions: Terms of Service!

1. I have the right to use Artwork(s) I have created however I see fit.
a. The most I will do with Original Works (original characters / fan characters) will be to repost them onto other Art websites. If you would like the art to not be posted elsewhere, let me know, but I will usually post them by default.
b. I have the right to sell Fanart if commissioned
(ex. Prints of mainstream characters. Worry not, I WILL NOT sell art of your original or fan characters.)2. You are allowed to repost commissions with PROPER CREDIT and NOT FOR A PROFIT.3. Do not ask me to draw in different styles. You are commissioning me for my style, whether it be coloring or drawing style.4. I have the right to refuse service as I see fit (as long as you follow these rules, this generally won’t happen)5. Redraws/Revisions/WIPs: once I start on your commission, I will generally send 1-2 WIPs
a. Major revisions can only be done for free during the SKETCH STAGE. Once line art/coloring is started, only minor tweaks can be made without paying an extra fee for each revision.6. PAYMENT: Payment will be delivered through Paypal, payed in full after the final sketch. If you do not have or cannot use PayPal, dm me and we can try to figure something out (social media links are in my carrd). I do also have Venmo if you would like to pay that way as well.7. REFUNDS: No refunds after the commission is completed. If a commission is in progress and you want a refund, you may receive a partial refund based on how much work has been done so far. Similarly, once a commission is ordered it can be fully refunded up until I start working on it.
